For more than two decades, I've been studying human interaction from thousands of real conversations. Twenty-three years behind a barber chair taught me something unexpected: most workplace and relationship challenges aren't caused by bad people. They're caused by people misunderstanding each other.
Today, I help organizations, leaders, and communities understand what's happening beneath the surface of communication so they can build stronger relationships and workplaces where people actually enjoy working together.
I don't believe people need another list of communication tips or leadership buzzwords. I believe they need a better way to understand each other. That's what I teach.
